Shipping Policy

Delivery times are a maximum of two weeks; deviations may occur. More precise information can be found in the individual product details.

For personalized goods, the delivery time will be adjusted individually.

In case of cancellation, the value of the goods will be refunded.

Returns will only be accepted if they are insured and have a tracking number. The shipping service provider can be chosen freely.


Right of Withdrawal & Return Registration

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days. Personalized goods are excluded.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you – who is not the carrier – took possession of the goods.

A return will only be accepted if it is insured and has a tracking number. The shipping service provider can be chosen freely.

Once the return has been registered via the form below and the return has been received by edelgoods, the amount will be refunded to the account specified by the customer when ordering.

Since edelgoods does not charge any shipping costs for orders, this amount does not have to be borne by the customer even after a withdrawal. The customer only pays for the return shipping.
